RETURN POLICY

If you don't love it, return it.  Canvas Cultures is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (10) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.  Depending on the size of the return Canvas Cultures does reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee.  Orders older than 30 days from time of purchase do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Canvas Cultures does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.  We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

To return your merchandise, please email: [email protected] for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and full NAME.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase, MST.  We are committed to our customers and your satisfaction.

To cancel your merchandise, please email: [email protected] and label the subject line:  CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. 

Cancelations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund.  We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production.  Please review our RETURN POLICY

 

CHANGE MY ORDER

You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.  We will confirm your changes have been made.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY STATUS

We offer complimentary standard shipping via UPS within the United States.  All products are shipped on our shipping account, allowing you to take advantage of commercial shipping policies and operations.

  • Standard shipping is UPS Ground.  UPS Ground transit time is not guaranteed. The map depicts typical transit times, but these may be affected by volume and weather implications. For ground transit times, please visit UPS for a transit time map from our zip code: 80501. Our canvas are made to order and hand assembled to ensure our collection exclusivity. Merchandise delivers between (7-10) business days from the date of purchase. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. 
  • Due to our production capabilities and our rigorous schedule, we are unable to expedite orders through our 4-business day production cycle.
  • Canvas Cultures offers upgraded shipping, including UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air® in the United States, following UPS delivery commitments. Should you select upgraded shipping service at the time of checkout, please be advised of the delivery commitments.  UPS does not extend upgraded service on a weekend or holiday. This does apply quicker delivery after the canvas is printed. The process of printing the canvas and organizing pickup with UPS, still takes a few days to receive a tracking ID.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Canvas Cultures ships only to Canada via UPS with standard shipping rates applied.

Estimating Delivery Time

The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery can be difficult to track, and may take up to 20 business days to deliver.

Duties and Taxes

The customer required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance, and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

Why Can't You Ship to My Country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries.

 

TRACK MY ORDER

As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform.  Please allow up to (4) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.

 

DAMAGED ART

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:

  1.      Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2.      Attach your photos to an email and send them to [email protected]. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
  3.      You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
  4.      If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement 2 Day Air.

Our canvas is expertly stretched around 1.5 wooden that comes “ready to hang” and is available in 3 convenient sizes. 

SMALL

18W x 12H in x 1.25D and weighs 2.27lb.

MEDIUM

18W x 24H in x 1.25D and weighs 6.9lb.

LARGE

40W x 30H in x1.25D and weighs 10.45lb.

  • Custom-developed, pigment based inks create vibrant reproductions that resist fading and scratches.  Sturdy, solid facing canvas front prevents stretching and sagging.
  • Our patented manufacturing process allows us to create corners free from unsightly bulges or excess material
  • Every canvas comes with pre-installed hanging hardware.  

Hang My Art

  • Pre-installed saw tooth hanging hardware is included on the back of your canvas and can be hung using a small nail.

 

CUSTOMIZED CANVAS

Canvas Cultures does not provide customization to existing collection pieces or offer custom designs and sizes.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal.  We do not provide invoices through our eCommerce platform.
